Miguel Chevalier : le projet de projection sur le Grand Palais.
Art Paris and PAD
These two shows open this week, from March 27 to 30 in the heart of Paris. Digital art will be even more present than last year (see our 2013 post ).
Art Paris hosts with new galleries showing digital art, notably Galerie Charlot (Antoine Schmitt, Misha Margolis, Thomas Israël, Zaven Paré and Anne-Sarah Le Meur).
Lelia Mordoch gallery shows the last work of Alain Le Boucher, 12 fuites du Temps (12 flights of Time). It's the first instanciation of the new technology used by Le Boucher, with (for the geeks), WS 2811 circuits and a 2 Go (micro SD) board. The sculpture animates 288 diode/s on a cycle varying around 45 seconds.
And, by night, a large work by Miguel Chevalier will be projected on the main façade of Grand Palais.
Alain Le Boucher: 12 fuites du temps.
PAD (Paris Art + Design) will probably let us discover new artists.
By the way, you could enjoy the Bill Viola exhibition in Grand Palais (the façade oriented towards Champs Elysées)... but you can take your time, it will be open till July 24.
