E-Literature festival in Paris
(Work in progress. This is only the introduction of the post we are preparing).
The Parisians, and the Media in general (if you browse on the net) did'nt hear much about a major festival held in Paris in September (23-28). Entitled in French "Chercher le texte", it was actually fully international, du to the central presence of ELO (Electronic Literature Organization, a mostly American association). Anyway, nearly all communications and performances were in English.
The event associated several important digital art Parisian places: Centre Pompidou, BNF (Bibliothèque nationale de France), Ensad (Ecole nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs) and Le Cube (a digital arts center in Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris). You'll find detailed information in the press kit.
The writers quoted in diccan are distributed as in the table below. Our figures, of course, are certainly biased in favor of France. But how far ? Any indormation complementary information would be appreciated.
