The show presents a set of quite diverse works, with sometimes a quite DIY look. Experiences with magnets on a rotating plate, with lightening of a glass rod using waves... All that is connected by an elaborated discourse arout the topic "Here begin the skies". More precisely: all these pieces are considered as tracks of Earth-Mankind with other Worlds, and even more precisely "Active Seti" (Active search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence).
The text includes interesting references, including the French Poet Charles Cros, who published ein 1869 a "Etude sur les moyens de communication avec les planètes".

One piece calls specially for attention "Inverted relief" (2016), a large carpet woven under computer control to represent a stereoscopic (green/red) view of a mountain site viewed from space (see our picture).
